  1. You need to revise that title, too many double negatives

  2. @BOBFREESTUFF But It’s too bad the owner of the FOX news corporation himself, Rupert Murdoch, is pushing this bill through himself. Then that would clearly never happen. No insults intended, but did you even read the description?

  3. thepiratebay dot organization

    now youtube is fucked

  4. seriously, is there some major retard writing new bills now? this is like if a criminal breaks into your home to hide from the police, then you can be shot because it was your house. wtf kind of sense does that make?

  5. @brockheinz true, but I don’t know much about North Korea.
I know in People’s Republic of China, Youtube, Facebook, and foreign news websites are banned. Google search results are filtered and selectively banned.

  6. Pass it, we need to decentralize the Internet anyway.

  7. what about facebook!!! when someone posts a song lyric in their status etc, will they go to jail and will facebook be shut down???

  8. Yes THANK YOU Wyden! And also everyone else in Congress going against SOPA :D

  9. Go Google and Facebook, sure they are just protecting their own business when they should do much more with all their power, but its something.

  10. Here’s the snag though. It is a DOMESTIC law in the US. So realistically it holds no jurisdiction anywhere else. Which just means all pirate websites will go the way of Piratebay and just be hosted abroad in a country where it IS legal. At the moment throttling is not an option for torrents so the pirate scene is not gonna go because of this. It will just ship to countries that aren’t bending over for corporations.

  11. @ttzz2003 More like North Korea.

  12. How about no one shuts down anything P E R I O D
